Our Rates
We price each loan individually and feel strongly that publishing rates on the internet will confuse more than help. However, we are very aware of interest rates and price our loans to be very competitive.
Here are some reasons why we don't publish rates:
1. Rates and rate locking are more complex than publishing one number for all mortgages.
2. Loan size and lock period effect the rate quote.
3. Is your loan a 5 story condo purchase, with 56% owner occupancy, 20% down payment, requesting an escrow waiver of the property taxes and insurance, closing in 35 days, underwritten as "no income verification"? Published rates will not reflect many of these characteristics. An intelligent conversation with one of our Loan Officers could really save you some hassle with trying to figure out a rate.
Just as you would never make a self-diagnosis as to your health and well being by using a published health web site, you should not self rate your mortgage situation.
