Specializing in jumbo mortgages, Susan has honed the skills of her staff to provide exceptional communications with clients while a loan is in process, and quick loan approvals. With over 150 years of combined mortgage experience, the staff of First Florida has successfully closed thousands of loans - up to $10 million estate purchases.
First Florida is located in the affluent downtown area of Winter Park, a suburb of Orlando. While our office is centrally located in the State, if you are out of the area we offer loan approvals which can be conducted entirely via email, fax, the mail and telephone.
